Black Magic

Every girl's go-to is black and there is nothing wrong with that...especially if you have a feather peplum top, you skirt's leather and your pumps have giant rhinestones. I need everything above...like, need...not want. Need. Wearing black head to toe is totally fine...just make sure to bring a little color in with your accessories. Top, skirt, heels, ring, earrings, clutch

Trapeze Tops

Nothing wrong with picking out the perfect flowing top for some solid holiday feasting. These trapeze tops are perfect with skinnies and flats, boots, smoking slippers or heels - the perfect multi-purpose piece. Tops from top right and clockwise. Top 1, Top 2, Top 3, Top 4, Top 5.

Sequined Sass

This sequin top by Nasty Gal is the perfect party staple piece. The rose gold color makes it unique...plus while rose gold may be totally normal for a watch or jewelry, it's not quite as expected for a top. The scoop neck and cropped top adds some sexy, making this piece the perfect match for some conservative or high-waisted pants. This top is limited edition so get it while it's hot...which it definitely is.

Fashion Find of the Day

It's no secret...I'm a freak about rompers. Lacy ones, patterned ones, strapless ones...gimme, gimme, gimme. I particularly like this romantic lacy one, by Dolce Vita. The Dolce Vita Clarice Romper, shown above, is the perfect combination of slightly conservative on top with lots of leg on the bottom. Pair this lacy getup with bright colored or metallic heels.

Mega Mocha

I'm loving these bronzed smokey eyes. The minimal blush and nude lips makes this model's eyes pop and look so sultry. This mocha alternative to the traditional smokey eye is still dramatic enough for nighttime but better for some skin tones.

New to Neon

With a birthday celebration coming up, the perfect birthday girl outfit planning has begun. I'll need the perfect color for my freshly touched-up blonde hair, the perfect makeup that maybe I wouldn't try on any other Saturday night out, the perfect heels to make a statement but still be able to dance the night away and finally the perfect outfit to make me looking "birthday girl hot" but not too "hey, look...it's my birthday." Of course, I happen to have a new neon yellow blouse that may be the perfect solution. After doing a little research, it seems this neon yellow shade it quite popular among...well, the popular. Maybe I'll just have to give it a try.

Girl Crush Continues

Just stopping in to say...her hair is everything. It makes sense that my favorite celebrity knows how to work a teasing comb. The love fest continues...

Fashion Find of the Day

If you know me...you probably know that it's not likely to find me on the back of some motorcycle. However, I would gladly wear a pair of badass boots that are a little biker-esqe. These are motorcycle meets mega style. The metal heel demands attention but not in an annoying away. The patent toe adds a little sass. For these "Zhora Boots," visit NastyGal.com. These boots could work with skinnies or with a more feminine dress. Be bold with these bad boys.

Fashion Find of the Day

What a cute spin on the traditional blazer. This Floral Jacquard Tux Jacket, by Topshop, is navy with blast contrast...quite unexpected. Love. Love. Love.

Jungle Love

I don't need to even say why I'm posted about this...meow. This Dior Fall Look Jungle Eye Shadow Palette...it's to die for. That champagne color is perfect highlighting your brow or on the inner corner of your eye to give yourself a little pop and make you appear more bright eyed and bushy tailed.

If You Liked it Then You Should Have Put a Bow on it.

I like bows on everything...my ballet flats, my heels and in my hair. So, not a huge surprise that I own quite the collection of bowed blouses. They are perfect with a pencil skirt or high-waisted black trousers...or...with hot pants or sequined shorts. Since the top is ultra-conservative, you can play a little on the bottom with showing some leg. You can find these blouses everywhere...from Forever 21, to Michael Kors, to Saks Fifth Avenue. Big bows, big heels, big hair

Fashion Find of the Day

This is exactly how I like my hugs and kisses...in the form of jewelry. This Topshop "Hugs and Kisses" ring set is perfect for mixing and matching or wearing all four for a more dramatic effect. Pat on the back to me for this fashion find of the day.

Fur-ocious

I refuse to wear real fur...have at it if it's your cup of tea but I'm personally too much of an animal lover for that sort of behavior. But, I'll tell you what I am down for...faux fur vest. In fact, I'll say that I'd be fine with a full fur coat. So comfy...so warm...so fabulous. And frankly, Rachel Zoe might as well be my own personal bible...I believe anything she says/does/wears. So...fur vests it is.

Fashion Find of the Day

Baby, It's Getting Cold Outside

The degrees may be dropping, but my hem is rising. Everyone wants an excuse to wear some sassy ankle boots, right? Make this outfit realistic in the fall and winter with tights. To make these earrings noticeable, try a sock bun. Want a more Kardashian look? Rock that middle part with loose curls. It makes sense because this is a very Kourtney Kardashian look. Dress, Ankle Boots, Ring, Earrings, Clutch

Because I'm a Lady...That's Why

Okay...so that was not my outfit today. But, in my defense, I wanted to be wearing this outfit. Peplum is just so flattering...featuring the smallest part of your waist, while skirting over the inevitable post-lunch food baby. And who doesn't love a nice trouser? This gal loves trouser...or at least loves using the word as often as possible. Pair this outfit with feminine and class accessories. Nothing says class like Yves Saint Laurent. Top, Trousers, Pumps, Purse

Gaga Oh La La

Sometimes Gaga is tramping around the city in slabs of meet but sometimes she looks like a lady like she did on this particular day. Bubblegum pink is always a favorite of mine. Add a Chanel bag and Louboutins and this girl is in heaven. For this look: Top, Skirt, Jacket, Gloves, Heels, Purse

Leather Legs

At the Sara Evan's concert last night with my girlfriends, we all couldn't stop talking about one thing: how amazing Sara's legs looked in her leather pants. So...of course, now all I can think about is how I need a pair of leather pants. Maybe then, my legs will look as phenomenal as Sara's. For this outfit: ACNE 'Best' Skinny Leather Trousers, T by Alexander Wang Silk Georgette Blouse, Sasha Suede Pump by J.Crew, Moran Porat Jewelry - The Royal Necklace, Z Spoke Zac Posen Americana Mini - Purse, TARTE Liquid Emphaseyes Liquid Eyeliner

Maroon - The Finale

And finally...the way to wear maroon jeans like a true diva. Wrestle out your fur vest, ankle boots and over-sized purse of luxury and get out on the town. This outfit will keep your warm (perfect for my Chicago and NYC gal pals) but is still trendy. Plus, who isn't looking for an excuse to wear their favorite grey sweater out. Apparently you can have your cake and eat it too...as long as your cake is a sweater and eating it too means wearing that bad boy with heels. You get the picture.

Maroon - Take Two

There is, of course, a much more casual way to wear maroon jeans as well. Here are some cute options for when you are feeling funky fresh and want to bust out your Converse sneakers. The perfect little outfits for a day of errands, hitting up the farmer's market or doing what we all do best...shopping.

Maroon Must-Have

My roommate just bought a new pair of the perfect fall bottoms: maroon jeans. Now, she is wondering what exactly to pair them with. So, I've added this perfect day-to-night guide. However, I'd like to add that I believe the "day" outfit would be great with heels and the leather jacket or sans jacket completely. Either way, these jeans are the perfect fall shade and a must-have in our apartment. Job well done, roomie.

South Florida First Date

Sometimes you just have to face reality...and that reality is that I live in South Florida. Because of the weather factor, you can get away with almost anything at any time of the year...or at least that is what I'm rolling with. So, I thought I would provide some weather-appropriate outfits for those of us with some beach-proximity. As the days go on, you may have to tweak these outfits according to the dropping temperature. Perhaps wear a long green maxi skirt with the pink top and sandals. Try a long sleeve floral top tucked into the navy skirt on the right. The tiniest alterations can create the perfect outfit. Now, get on out there and fall in love.

Dark Date Night

When a friend of mine told me she was going on her second date, I decided to start laying out the options for date night. These two outfits are fall perfection. These Michael Kors pumps on the left are a staple people that every woman should probably own. They are an investment of course, but so versatile. For the outfit on the right, the main focus for me is the leather jacket. But, unlike most leather jackets, it isn't too "motorcycle-y." It's more of a blazer, actually...and who doesn't love a good blazer!?

First Date Do's

My next series of posts will be completely dedicated to first date attire. These items, from ASOS, are the perfect fall date colors and pieces. He heels show off your legs and are a stand-out color. The peplum top is of course flattering, featuring the tiniest part of your waste. And who doesn't look good in a pencil shirt? Date on, daters.
