The Cat's Pajamas

Who says you can't be cute when you sleep? Not this girl. I found these ultra comfortable pajamas at Forever 21 and talk about a great find! The tank is lightweight and the pants are soft. Meow.

Gold Glam

When I moved to Tampa, I wanted to work on my decor. I wasn't sure what route to go but then it hit me...I had an overload of silver. What's the best to to fix that? Add gold glam to your place! The mix of metallics gives your digs a mod look. Keeping the gold as an accent color can make it easy if you outgrow the shade. Above are some gold accessories that could take your apartment's trendy factor up a few notices.

'Tis the Season...for Sweatshirts!

Even in sunny Florida, the temperature is dropping (and yes, us Floridians consider 75 degrees to be "breezy"). So, if you want the warmth of a sweatshirt, why not wear one with a little sass? Above are some of my favorite sweatshirts of the moment. This is a perfect way to look cute and put together but remain comfy!

Pumps & Patterns

One of my favorite things in fashion right now is patterned pants. I love ones in neutrals (like above on my Big Apple gal pal Jamie) and also not-so-neutral patterned bottoms. For this fabulous fall day in New York City, Jamie paired these pants (from TJ Maxx) with her Vince Camuto black pumps. Paired with a blazer, you could rock this look at work. Paired with a motorcycle jacket, this could be a fun night look! Either way you cut it, Jamie's getting her glam on.

Fresh Fall Flats

Funky fresh fall fashion is all that and a bag of chips right now. While I drool over all things velour, green and all flats...I just almost feel off my couch when I scrolled past these beauties. How precious!? And these flats are just the tip of the iceberg for designer Charlotte Olympia. Take the time (get it...clock flats...) and fall in love with her many beautiful fall creations. You can thank me later.

Tom...Totally

Designer Tom Ford steps out of his comfort zone and steps into a new venture...men's skin care. I rarely blog about men's fashion/trends/products but...it just so happens that elements of his men's skin care line could double as a woman's best friend, as well. His antifatigue eye treatment is all the rage when it comes to getting rid of puffiness - perfect for a late night working or out on the town! This might be a fun little gift for a man in your life this holiday season.

Prime That Pout

There is nothing more aggravating than realizing your luscious lipstick has worn off, leaving you looking haggard and less than put together. I thought lip liner was something only by the old schoolers. Turns out, it's kind of a big deal. A clear liner, like the one above (by Bite Beauty - available at Sephora), gives you lipstick staying power but didn't leave that trashy line. For extra long lasting lip color, fill in your entire mouth after lining your lips. Voila - pout perfection!

Sharing a Steal

Of course we prefer NARS over Maybelline and YSL over Covergirl but whether you're cutting back on budget or in a pinch without a Sephora around (heaven forbid), I'm here to help you find a decent substitute for your usual pricey preferred products. I'm often a fan of using multi-colored bronzers as eyeshadow so when I broke my favorite NARS bronzer, I snagged this $3 replica from Target. To my surprise, I've put it to good use. I use the vanilla colored section as a highlighter in the inner corner of my eyes and on my brow bone. I alternate the other three colors on my eyelids. I also use the top right color down the bridge of my nose for a little additional contour effect (attracting focus to the slim part of your nose, makes your nose overall appear slimmer).

Boo-Who?

While I find skulls socially acceptable all year round, for those of you who want to embrace the upcoming holiday, here are some fun tops to mix into your wardrobe. To make these top works, keep everything else with your outfit non-Halloween and trendy. For the black and white tops above, try mixing in some prints (printed pants, printed scarves, printed layering, etc.)

Fall Fashion Find of the Day

We are all jazzed about boot season - no denying that. However, I'm equally as jazzed about these booties. These heeled boots are the ultimate fall transition piece and I need them on my feet...like yesterday. Find these precious babies here: www.topshop.com

Blazer Bliss

I know I don't have to tell you twice...time to slip into all of your favorite blazers and embrace the cooling weather. Pair your blazer with jeans and a top or even a frilly skirt and blouse - it's truly a convertible piece.

Kiss Kiss

The best part about moving is the decorating and not the "moving" itself...everyone knows that.  For my gallery wall, I chose five prints but decided to make the sixth one myself. What's more "me" than artwork made entirely of lipstick kisses? Finally an excuse to use all my lipstick shades in one day! Once framed, it looks fabulous!

Flats With Cats

Green...and comfy...with feline fun? Holy heaven. These flats, which I found at Forever 21, are too cute for words. Thank goodness the fashion world is becoming a bit more...feline-friendly.

Midnight in Moscow

We can't deny that fall is here...even if I still am sweating and wearing sundresses in sunny Florida. To keep up with the seasons, I've busted out my favorite dark hue, Midnight in Moscow. This dark shade is kissed with a little burgundy shimmer. Polish colors like this are the staple fall/winter nail look so find your fave and have at it!
