I shouldn't embarrass myself like this but I am just obsessed with this lady. Nicole Richie won my heart over the day I realized she is a peanut-size girl like me (and once she was done being arrested and all that, too). Maybe it's that she once also had a honey blonde bob or maybe it's that she is Lionel Richie's daughter but she is divine. I chose these photos because I'd wear that outfit in a heartbeat.
