Rodan + Fields: Product Review

When I got the opportunity to try out Rodan + Fields products, I jumped on it! Aja Sharp, a new Rodan + Fields consultant, sent me some amazing products to try and dare I say, I'm in LOVE!

The first product I tried was the Micro-Dermabrasion Paste. It's oil-free and gently exfoliates your face. It feels like a sugar scrub and left my face baby soft. After the paste, I slathered on the Night Renewing Serum which helps skin texture with retinol. The combination of these two products together is unreal...the softest my face has felt in years!

The third product I have become hooked on is the REDEFINE Eye Clothes. These makeup removing clothes serve a duel purpose. Not only does it take off any makeup after a long day, but they also help fight the visible signs of aging (I may be 26 but it's not too early to start!). The plastic box these clothes come in is durable and great for travel!

Since I spend so much time in the sun, living in Florida, it's important that I always have quality lip products to keep my lips soft and protected. The REDEFINE Lip Renewing Serum comes in a power-packed capsule. The serum helps retain moisture and smoothes the texture in your lips.

Fresh, Fruity and a New Favorite

I love trying new products. There is no denying that. I get some sort of odd thrill out of it (I'm sure you gals can understand that). I have always used the St. Ives Apricot Scrub since I can remember. When I went to stock up on my usual, I noticed this new product by St. Ives. The fruit on the front and the scent are really what sold me. However, once I used it for the first time, I loved it even more. It's not quite as harsh of an exfoliant as the original apricot version and is more face-friendly for a more regular use (like daily). Plus, the scent is fresh and heavenly. Give it a whirl!

These are a Few of My Favorite Things: Skin Edition

There is nothing more important than taking care of your skin. No one wants to look 65 when they're 35. Nothing cute about that. Allow me to share with you a few of my favorite products. On the top right is Dr. Teal's epsom salt (eucalyptus spearmint). It's perfect for soaking and the eucalyptus spearmint is the ultimate remedy for relaxing and relieving a tired body. To the right is my new favorite sunscreen. Neutrogena's Beach Defense smells good, blocks the sun (SPF 30), and is water resistant for 80 minutes. It's Neutrogena - doesn't get much better for your skin than that brand. In the top right is my favorite moisturizer. The Body Shop's seaweed mattifying moisture lotion has SPF 15 is perfection for combination/oily skin and is an all-in-one oil-balance, moisturization and UVA/UVB protection. Bottom right is St. Ives fresh skin apricot scrub. This a basic that everyone needs. This product helps scrub away the impurities and makeup from a long day and refresh your skin. I use mine twice a week. Bottom left is Johnson's baby bedtime lotion. I use it before bed and the calming lavender scent is the ultimate relaxation trick before hitting the hay.
