Rented The Runway

Did I tell you all about my fabulous experience with Rent The Runway? Well, let...me...tell...you. I ordered a dress for a black tie optional wedding of my girlfriend, Grace. I read all the reviews on their website but was, naturally, still nervous that the dress wouldn't fit me perfectly and that I'd end up in a mad sprint to find the perfect party dress with a formal twist. However, as soon as I put this dress on, I felt like a ballerina princess. This dress was over $625 retail and I rented it for $40. THAT'S a steal. I had such a great experience, I'd recommend it to all of you. Have a fancy wedding? A formal? A Christmas party? Give it a go!

Red, Blue, All Things New

I was excited to wear this super fun and feminine dress - I mean, how precious are the details? I found this dress at my favorite local boutique, Lindsay Nicole. Paired with sky-high patent leather heels from Aldo and this fun ring from H&M, I was having a ball twirling around in this little get up all day.

Dark Date Night

When a friend of mine told me she was going on her second date, I decided to start laying out the options for date night. These two outfits are fall perfection. These Michael Kors pumps on the left are a staple people that every woman should probably own. They are an investment of course, but so versatile. For the outfit on the right, the main focus for me is the leather jacket. But, unlike most leather jackets, it isn't too "motorcycle-y." It's more of a blazer, actually...and who doesn't love a good blazer!?

Toughen Up

I love all of these pieces individually and even better all together. The jewelry and shoes toughen the dress up a bit. This dress is gorgeous and shows off the tiniest part of your waist...always welcomed and appreciated.

Rachel Zoe : Early Fall 2012

I scanned through what seemed like millions of Rachel Zoe's fall looks for 2012 and landed on this set being my favorite because of the sequin mini dress and booties. I want to parade around in that right this second. I'm also all about the look on the far right. Romantic, right? This stylist turned designer packs this collection with chic and polished pieces, perfect for the cooling weather. Fall looks...well, as Rachel would say...they are MAJOR.

Animal Instinct

Animal print, especially leopard print, is a fall must have. Because leopard print is comprised of neutral colors like beige, black and tan, they can paired with bright colors or with traditional black. Prints like these add a punch of sass to your outfit and give you an edgier look. To me, leopard print will never go out of style. Find your inner feline with pieces like these.

Something Borrowed, Something Blue

Ever since Carrie went back into her heavenly closet for her blue Manolo Blahniks in the Sex and the City movie, I've had a thing for blue pumps. I created this look for my girlfriend, Emily. She's classic beauty just like this outfit. The dress is modest so it's okay to spice up the rest of the outfit with bursts of color. This would be the perfect time for some of Judy's vintage jewelry.
