New to Neon

With a birthday celebration coming up, the perfect birthday girl outfit planning has begun. I'll need the perfect color for my freshly touched-up blonde hair, the perfect makeup that maybe I wouldn't try on any other Saturday night out, the perfect heels to make a statement but still be able to dance the night away and finally the perfect outfit to make me looking "birthday girl hot" but not too "hey, look...it's my birthday." Of course, I happen to have a new neon yellow blouse that may be the perfect solution. After doing a little research, it seems this neon yellow shade it quite popular among...well, the popular. Maybe I'll just have to give it a try.

Okay...so that was not my outfit today. But, in my defense, I wanted to be wearing this outfit. Peplum is just so flattering...featuring the smallest part of your waist, while skirting over the inevitable post-lunch food baby. And who doesn't love a nice trouser?
